    We proudly serve Anderson, Clemson, and parts of Anderson and Pickens county, South Carolina. If you’re nearby and not sure if you’re in our service area feel free to contact us directly.

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

    Yes! We arrive fully equipped with eco-friendly, non-toxic, EWG Veried® or A rated products and premier tools to ensure a safe and effective clean. The only thing we do not provide is garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels.

    **Note, while we are committed to using eco-friendly products to maintain a clean and healthy environment, there are instances where non-eco-friendly solutions may be necessary to achieve the highest level of cleanliness or tackle particularly tough challenges. Rest assured, we always strive to balance effectiveness with our dedication to sustainability, ensuring the best results without compromising our environmental values.

  • What is the difference between Standard, Luxury, and Foreclosure/Move-In/Out cleans?

    Standard Clean: Routine upkeep of an already tidy home

    Luxury Clean: Recommended for first time clients but not required. This is a deeper detail with added focus on design elements and finishes-perfect for curated homes.

    Move-Out/In or Foreclosure: Designed for each person to curate the perfect clean.

  • Can I request specific products or avoid certain scents/ingredients?

    Absolutely. We are happy to accommodate ingredient sensitivities or specific preferences. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can tailor the clean to your needs.

  • How do I schedule a cleaning?

    Message us directly through our Contact Form, email, text, or the Book Now button. We will respond with current availability and a few intake questions to get started.

  • Do I need to be home during the clean?

    Not at all. Many of our clients provide access via a door code or lockbox. We just ask that pets are secured and access is clearly communicated in advance.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Do you offer recurring services?

    Yes! Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring spots are available depending on your location and our schedule. Ask to be added to our recurring client list during your first clean.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes! Rooted Cleaning is registered business and fully insured for residential cleaning services. Your home is in trusted, professional hands.

  • Do you clean post-construction properties?

    We currently specialize in cleaning residential homes and small commercial properties right now. This allows us to provide detailed, curated service aligned with our luxury eco-friendly standard.

  • Do you do estimates on Standard and/or Luxury Clean?

    We do not offer in-person estimates for Standard and Luxury cleanings due to time constraints and our commitment to serving each client with excellence.
